We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

• Standard products are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Custom printed products require additional production time. Production timelines will be communicated at the time of ordering.
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. Play By Proxy UAE is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
